We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders via Royal Mail or Evri, depending on item size. Estimated delivery is 2 to 5 business days from dispatch.

Express delivery is available at checkout for next day delivery on orders placed before 1 pm Monday to Friday.

A tracking number will be provided once your item has been dispatched.

Orders over £450 are sent with signature confirmation as required by eBay policy.

We ship to UK addresses only. We are not liable for courier delays once the item has been collected for delivery

Change of Mind Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, no reason needed. Simply contact us via eBay messages within 14 days of delivery, and we will guide you through the process. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

Return postage costs are the buyer's responsibility for change of mind returns

Once we receive the returned item, a full refund including your original delivery charges will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will arrange either a full replacement or a complete refund — whichever you prefer — at absolutely no cost to you. Return postage will be fully covered by us in all such cases.
