These are new rolls of packing / shipping tape
Ebay sometimes revises their manufacturing process so the tape you receive may not look exactly like the picture. But this is the official eBay Branded tape originally purchased from the authorized eBay store. I usually end up with more tape than I can use so I resell my surplus.
