1.25m length of strong yet lightweight 9mm uPVC cover board, available in smooth or authentic woodgrain finishes. Supplied in economical short lengths for smaller projects and guaranteed against discolouration, warping, and cracking.
Common uses for our cover board include lining window and door reveals, boxing-in pipework, and serving as skirting or plinths in bathroom and kitchen wet-rooms. It is also available in 2.5m lengths, while the full 5m lengths are sold as Soffit Utility Boards to complement fascia and capping roofline products.

Fitting and Usage
Fitting Flat Utility Board
The flat utility cover board can be fixed with quick-grab adhesive or silicone, and mechanically secured using plastic-headed nails or screws. When used as a soffit board, the outer edge slots into a recess along the fascia’s inner corner, while the inner edge can rest on brickwork, slot into a uPVC channel (25mm Board Clip) fixed to the wall, or be screwed to a batten on the wall. Where boards meet, use a Panel Joint or a 10mm Soffit Ventilator.
