Product Description

The centrifugal casting machine is a commonly used technical equipment in the dental restoration department. It is used to melt and cast various high-melting alloys for dental use to obtain various castings such as denture brackets, inlays, crowns and bridges.

 

Two methods of use:

The centrifuge uses the elastic force of the metal spring to drive the horizontal rod to rotate through the central axis to generate the centrifugal force at one end of the crucible and the fixed cast film support, and the other end is equipped with a metal ingot for balance. Before casting, loosen the center screw on the horizontal rod, fix a cast film on the bracket, adjust the balance, and then tighten the screw to remove the cast film. Then rotate the horizontal rod clockwise about 3-5 times to tighten the spring, and then lift the jack to temporarily fix the horizontal rod.

When casting, put the cast alloy in the crucible first, and then fix the grilled cast film on the support. Care should be taken to make the sprue of the cast film face the hole of the crucible. Use a flame device to heat the gold to make the alloy full melt. At this time, the left hand holds the metal mound of the horizontal rod, and gently moves the horizontal rod to drop the jack, and at the same time evacuate the flame. Due to the elastic force of the horizontal rod, it rotates rapidly in the counterclockwise direction to remove the molten cast gold in the crucible. Throw into the casting film cavity under the action of centrifugal force to complete the casting.

 

 Three, product use attention:

         1: Note that the table is firmly fixed and the crucible is placed correctly.

         2: The workbench must have better protection devices to prevent the molten metal from splashing out during operation and harming the human body.

         3: When operating, pay attention to the inertia of the spring tightening, and pay attention to the hand.

         4: Keep the equipment clean and dry. After the casting is completed, the equipment must be cleaned and the residue removed.
