Jeff Wayne's Musical Version Of 'The War Of The Worlds' Symphonic Rock Soundtrack 2 x CD (1978)

Good UK 2005 digipak reissue, remastered and repackaged as a double Super-Audio CD (SACD).

Jeff Wayne's musical masterpiece was loosely based on the 1898 similarly-titled novel by H. G. Wells.

The deluxe tri-fold digipak comes with a bound-in 48-page booklet.

Condition

DISCS: VG/G+. Superbly clean gold discs on visual inspection. Several light scuffs, hairlines or marks on disc 1. Disc 2 has a few more, some in clusters. Stored carefully. Played just pre-listing and play through fine. Disc 1 clamps firmly in sprockets; disc 2 is less firm. 

BOOKLET: VG. Colours remain vibrant and unfaded on thick bound-in gloss booklet. Obvious vertical crease to book cover on left and a few dark marks on right inner gate but no other defects and no dents, stains, creasing or crinkling.

DIGIPAK: G+. Matt trifold digipak has only minor wear to edges and corners. Damage to lower end of spine where sticker once was and some nicks to top edge. Original hype sticker on front. Inner foldout book fixed and intact and clear inlay trays undamaged and clean.
