How To Use: Cubeb Pepper or Java pepper, a pepper with a stem (tail), is lighter than black pepper (that has 5,880-9,570 SHU), has a characteristic minty coolness and an aroma reminiscent of allspice; it is used to season dishes made from fish, rice, vegetables and crustaceans (crabs, lobsters and shrimp); it is added four times less than black pepper.
