• To set up a return, please contact our customer service within 30 days from the day your order is shipped to receive a return merchandize authorization ( RMA) number. 
• Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or refunded, but we need to be informed immediately of any defects upon receiving the item and the customer pays for shipping back the items. Upon inspection of the defected parts, if the items are found to be faulty, we will reimburse the shipping costs. 
• In the situation the customer orders the wrong product or chooses to return it, there will be a 15% restock fee and the customer pays for shipping back the items. 
• No returns on items that have been installed/Used or not in original packaging. 

• We strive to ship your orders within 24-48 hours, if an item is on back order, we will notify you.
• You can track your order using the tracking number on the carrier's website. The Carrier will reach out to you to set up a delivery window and all orders must be signed on delivery.

• If your shipment is crushed, please refuse the delivery. If you've already signed the delivery receipt but subsequently find damage to your equipment, please reach out to the freight LTL company terminal to initiate the claim as HVAC Total Distributing is not responsible for shipping damage.
