The main microscope is a complete and functional AO mode 120 with the phototube and high intensity 100W quartz halogen lamp. Check on Ebay for one that is complete with these features. In base field diaphragm and lamp filter turret (ND and CC filters) plus two spare bulbs. Full set of the infinity corrected PLAN achromatic objectives made by AO: 4x, 10x, 40x and 100x oil with a quintuple revolving nosepiece. Trinocular phototube with paired 10x WF oculars. Phototube with 35mm camera head that we have modified for use with modern DSLR and MILCs. All you add is an appropriate M42 T-mount for your particular camera. The camera (Canon EOS) shown is not included in this offer...nor is the knurled T-mount ring shown. These are for reference only. Yes, you can use a full frame 35 digital camera with 43mm diagonal sensor. Most cheap camera attachments being sold to day are only good for APS-C sensors. This adapter was intended to be used with 35mm analog film.....24mm x 36mm. High intensity halogen lamp is perfect for photomicroscopy. We include a box of ten (10) stained teaching slides as well as a cable release for the camera adapter shutter....you will just open this shutter (T) and use the shutter in your camera.
