From the archives of The Robbins Co of Attleboro, MA, this listing is for an outstanding antique steel stamping die used to make a 2 ⅝” diameter souvenir medal from Mount Lowe California Alt. 5650 Feet. The die is dated September 1930 on the side. The die has maximum dimensions approximately 3 ½” x 4 ⅛” x 2 ¼” high. The die weighs 8 lb 8 oz and the condition is Excellent. The screws around the perimeter were probably where a collar was attached during stamping to maintain the round shape of the medal. Please look at all the photos and ask any questions.
