RIDGID TOOLS R8641 Reciprocating Saw 18v with Battery & Charger

Tool has been tested and is in perfect working condition

The battery has been charged but when hitting the test button, it briefly lights up all 4 bars but then retracts to one. Not sure if the lights are defective or the battery wont fully charge. It does work, just not sure how long of a chargeits holding
