breaker was removed from a new, large piece of equipment that was built for a customer and never delivered.    we have been taking parts off this equipment and selling them off.   there is no damage to units.  maybe slight scratches.  unit was powered up and tested for .4 hours according the hour meter.   we guarantee all our products
