Centennial 1967
460 & 460c MSPB
#1,#2,#3 & #4

Four Matched Set of Plates 1 & 2 & 3 (#460) & #460c - #4. We note that Plate #4 has several of the noted varieties, eg. UL R1/1.. DOT above 7th perf hole from left margin, R2/3 above 6th perf hole from Left Margin (barely visible but there). You might want to check the LL Bottom Margin of #2 R2/1 3rd perf hole location bottom margin. There may be others as well. Each Set is as released by the Philatelic Bureau. The Philatelic Bureau Sets are seldom today in this specific Format, i.e. Corner Plate Blocks of 6. Why the Sets of 6 Stamps to the specific Plate Position? As I recall when this first started it was initiated to make the task of meeting specific Standing Orders of Collectors worth the effort, so they would add the 32¢ etc. to the order ... Sell More than Wanted! Albeit these Sets are as Post Office Fresh as you will find ANYWHERE. They seek their first Collection.
