The motor is new from a completed shade was shipped from Lutron factory. Motor has not been used, was taken down to replace with battery shade.

- Quantity: When purchasing this item, a quantity of 1 (one) means only 1 (one) device will be sent unless you order additional units.
- Condition: This is an open box product, has not been used. This is just the drive only, no fabric or tube attached, no bracket available
- Requirement system: Device requires a working Lutron system of the following: HomeWorks QS or QSX. For proper usage, please contact your local Lutron dealer/installer for any additional information in regards of setting up the system, installation and programming.
- No Returns: Returns will not be accepted once the package has been shipped. Please purchase with this understanding.
- Packaging: The device is brand new and still in its own box. Any damage to the device caused during shipping is the responsibility of the selected shipping carrier.
- Shipping and Fees: Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs and any additional fees, such as customs duties or taxes, incurred after placing the order through eBay.
- Handling time for this product is 1-3 business days (excluding weekends). If you select the UPS Next Day Air, please send us message and we will try to get the package ship out asap.
