2.To get the flow established you will need to make sure the soap is thin, like water.

Trouble shooting

Plugged Orifice in Body :

Remove the chemical injector and clean or soak in warm water.

Plugged Filter :

Replace or soak in warm water to clean.

No chemical flow:

You may need to lift the chemical container to the same level or a little above the pressure washer to let gravity help you establish the siphon. Once it's started you can be able to put the chemical container back on the ground. If you keep losing the siphon, letting the container sit on a box to lift it a bit help.
