Receiving party must check shipment(s) for any damage. ANY concerns must be noted on the bill of lading, but if shipment appears to be damaged to point of needing replacement, REFUSE shipment. DO NOT allow drivers to pressure signatures before being fully able to inspect shipment(s). Damage info should be written on delivery receipt by "Receive/Pending Inspection"
