Benzoin resin oil also known as Benzoin resinoid essential oil is derived from the resin or gum of the Styrax benzoin tree, native to Sumatra in Indonesia.

Botanical Name: Styrax benzoin.

Collection Method: Organic Extraction (Hexane Free).

Plant Part: Resin (Gum).

Aromatic Description: Rich, balsamic, intensely sweet, warm, and vanilla-like aroma with a subtle cinnamon/spicy-like undertone.

Color: Amber to golden brown.

Country of Origin: Indonesia.

Directions for Use:

. Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice. Diffuse up to one hour three times daily.

. Topical use: We recommend performing a skin patch test when using a new essential oil topically. Dilute with a high-quality carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.

Cautions:

If pregnant, nursing or under a doctor’s care, consult physician. Discontinue use if skin sensitivity occurs. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas. Do not use undiluted on skin. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use on broken skin or on abrasions.
