Yes, I was one of those who got caught up in the Beanie Baby craze when it was at its height of popularity. For what it's worth, I was not in it with the intention of "getting rich some day" but moreso because I just really think they're super cute! I still think they're super cute but am needing to do some downsizing so am parting with some of my treasures. Over the next couple of days I will be listing more "groups" of Beanies so be sure to check them out to see if there are any you are interested in purchasing. All of my Beanies were stored away in an airtight tote which was kept in a climate controlled part of my home. Unless otherwise noted, they all have their original paper tags and are in NEW condition. Please note, that I am not a "hardcore collector" so some of the tags may have some wrinkles or creases from having been packed away for a couple of decades.

Item #1: GRACIE the SWAN - "Date of Birth: 6/17/1996. As a duckling she was confused. Birds on the lake were quite amused. Poking fun until she would cry. Now the most beautiful swan at Ty." Tush tag has a copyright year of 1996.

Item #2: SCOOP the PELICAN - "Date of Birth: 7/1/1996. All day long he scoops up fish. To fill his bill, is his wish. Diving fast and diving low. Hoping those fish are very slow!" Tush tag has a copyright year of 1996.

Item #3: BALDY the EAGLE - "Date of Birth: 2/17/1996. Hair on his head is quite scant. We suggest Baldy get a transplant. Watching over the land of the free. Hair in his eyes would make it hard to see!" Tush tag has a copyright year of 1996.

Item #4: WADDLE the PENGUIN - "Date of Birth: 12/19/1995. Waddle the penguin likes to dress up. Every night he wears his tux. When Waddle walks, it never fails. He always trips over his tails!" Tush tag has a copyright year of 1995.

Item #5: PINKY the FLAMINGO - "Date of Birth: 2/13/1995. Pinky loves the Everglades. From the hottest pink she's made. With floppy legs and big orange beak. She's the Beanie that you seek!" Tush tag has a copyright year of 1995.

I think these make great holiday room decor or cute themed decorations for a nursery/child's room, library story time, daycare or school classroom Or of course they can just be used as great little cuddle toys!
