Spikenard essential oil is a popular addition to massage blends and perfumes because of its woody, musty aroma. Our spikenard oil is steam distilled from the roots of Nardostachys jatamansi plant that’s native to the Himalayan Mountains of Nepal. It provides a tranquil, uplifting aroma that creates a grounded atmosphere.

Directions for Use:

. Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice. Diffuse up to one hour three times daily.

. Topical use: We recommend performing a skin patch test when using a new essential oil topically. Dilute with a high-quality carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.

Cautions:

If pregnant, nursing or under a doctor’s care, consult physician. Discontinue use if skin sensitivity occurs. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas. Do not use undiluted on skin. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use on broken skin or on abrasions.
