5, For battery pack or battery-related products, cell capacity depletion over time with regular use is normal and not an indication of defect. A battery that retains eighty percent (80%) of its original capacity after twelve months is considered normal.
6. For battery pack or battery related products, the warranty is void if the battery has been improperly charged, installed or misused in any way or if the label and/or barcoded warranty label has been removed or tampered with.
7. This warranty does not cover devices such as computers or cameras that are powered by our batteries. We are not responsible for improper use of our products.
