US GI MOLLE II, ACU WAIST PACK, NSN: 8465-01-524-7263. It is about 1 foot long. It has two adjustable 1" straps with plastic snip in buckles around it and 17"+ zipper across the top. It has a 2" wide adjustable waist strap that can be used as shoulder strap or handle. The waist belt is adjustable up to 48" The pack can be attached to your MOLLE pack.  It in very good condition.
