NOTE TO ALL BUYERS: We manufacture our bars by machining the CNC pocket after brazing. This guarantees the insert geometry is perfectly aligned with the shank and the insert edge is perfectly timed with the flat (on centerline). Machining the pocket after brazing also tests the brazed joint to confirm it is solid, which guarantees our heads won't pop off the first time they touch a part, or the first time the joint is under stress.
