This watch is NEW in the box, sealed in the original shrink wrap with a slight dent in the box on the lower right!! it was issued in 2000 and I have not come across one in a box like this!! ALL the other new ones I have seen show the watch tin on the front, so I am guessing this may be a FIRST ISSUE!! As seen on TV, this watch has railroad sounds at a touch of a button. The little train runs around as the second hand. Comes in a collector's tin with a COA.
