Description: This item is a 2013 Adams Tight Lies 3 wood or metal, Men's RH. See box above for additional product details. The loft is 16 degrees. The shaft is factory issue Mitsubishi Rayon Bassara E55 graphite, Lite or Senior Flex. The grip is the original Adams. This club is the standard 42.25" in length. The headcover shown is of course not original to this club but it fits and is included.

 The 2013 iteration of the Tight Lies fairway wood from Adams addresses one of the problems most people have with the club type. While most modern fairway woods are loaded with technology to maximize distance, they don't make it easier to hit to really gain that extra distance. The 2013 version of the club that Adams released in the mid-90's has a lower face height to maximize playability and forgiveness. The return of the original tri-level sole makes this club easier to hit from anywhere on the golf course. The new version features the Cut-Thru Slot design that also increases launch angle. The increased carry distance and improved consistency will deliver better shots from the tee or the turf. 

Condition: This club, see pictures, shows some light cosmetic wear but is in great playability condition. There are brush marks and finish wear on the sole. There are ball marks and finish wear on the face. None of these marks will affect play. The top line, where the face meets the crown has tiny marks. There are also small marks on the crown, back away from the face, but no dings or dents. The shaft is good condition, no bag marks and the graphics are like new. The grip shows some age but is playable. 

New name brand fairways are now $399+(yikes!), here is a chance to get one for a fraction of that amount.
