  • Payment

    You can use various payment methods based on eBay Managed Payments. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

  • Cancellations & Returns

    Cancellation or returns will be accepted only if the item has an obvious problem that was not mentioned in the listing description. If that, please let us know within 30 days you got the item. Please use our designated return method (FedEx or postal service). We will cover the return shipping cost.

    If the return is made more than 30 days after the delivery date, the return shipping cost will be the buyer’s responsibility.
    Therefore, we kindly ask you to check the item’s condition as soon as possible after it arrives.

  • International Buyers

    About customs duties:
    (USA)
    - No customs duties for items under $800 per shipment (as of April 13, 2025). Please check at the time of purchase as rates may change due to future circumstances.
    - A 10% customs duty applies to items over $800 from April 9, 2025.

    (Other countries)
    - Most audio equipment we handle is generally duty-free.
    - However, VAT may apply depending on the country, so please check in advance.

    Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

  • Shipping

    1. We always send the item with a tracking number. So please place an order without any concern on delivery. You can always track the delivery status.
    2. Shipping is available from Monday to Friday. Weekends are not available because freight (shipping) companies are closed.
    3. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as “gifts” – Japan, US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
