About me:   Thank you for viewing my auction.  “Papa’s Blast from the Past” is not a business.  I'm just an old guy who enjoys selling a variety of items when my health permits.   Most of my items are perfect for collecting, investments or gifts.  If you are the lucky bidder/buyer, I expect payment within 3 days of close of purchase.    Most of my auctions are NO RESERVE so you can really save big!!.  I am proud of my feedback and want you to be happy with your item, so please ask all questions before you bid.  I try to describe my items the best that I can and point out any imperfections.  I also take great care in shipping or mailing your item.  Any display props (stands, hangers, etc ) pictured, are NOT included in the sale unless mentioned in description.  I never give medical, professional of legal advice of any kind.  Clothing and like items will be shipped in the smallest box possible to save on your shipping costs.  Items may arrive wrinkled due to this.  My photos are always of the exact item(s) you will receive.  If a photo seems a little blurry it is because my hands shake a bit.  I apologize.  All item measurements are considered approximate.

Condition Definitions

Acceptable - will show signs of moderate to heavy wear from previous use.

 Good - overall good, average condition without any major defects.

Very Good - nice and clean, above average condition with minimal wear.

 Excellent - close to new condition, item is used but has very little to no noticed wear or use.

I will try to ship your items within 24 hours after payment.   Please remember, I'm just a disabled guy that does this in my spare time, it's not a business.  I do promise to do my best in getting your item to you a.s.a.p. 

 Save Money:   Before paying for your item, click on the “see details” link, next to the shipping description, in the ad or invoice.  This (in most cases) will give you additional shipping options which may be less expensive than the first choice shown.

 Domestic Shipping:    I am always happy to combine shipping charges on multiple purchases within 3 days.  Just let me know that you are bidding on another item or that you have purchased other items so I don’t send an incorrect invoice.  After completing all your purchases, DO NOT pay for them.  Just send me an e-mail stating you have made multiple purchases and I will adjust the shipping charges and send you a correct invoice with the shipping discount. 

 International Shipping:   I am happy to ship international but cannot ship to Countries that the Unites States has a conflict with.  BUYER is responsible any taxes, tariffs or extra fees attached to the item(s) delivery.  Due to USPS international shipping policies, I am only able to track packages if you choose the “Express Shipping” option, although I will be happy to ship via any shipping class you choose.  Since I am unable to track “First Class or Priority” mail, I will not be responsible if your packages do not arrive.  Also, I will not be responsible for missing or damaged items.

 Returns:   My items are only returnable if an item is not described or pictured accurately;  if so, I will be happy to accept a return.  All of my items are very carefully inspected before I list them and again before the item is placed in it's package.  However, if I miss something or misquote an item (example, if an item listed states that it works perfectly and the item actually does not), I will gladly give a refund.    Item must be returned within 30 days after received and be in the same condition as I shipped it.  All attempts to satisfy you must have been exhausted.  All items sold as is.  No warranties are expressed or implied.  ALL of my items that are listed as antique or collectible are guaranteed to be the original item and NOT a reproduction.  You must contact me via eBay (ID: mc5417) within 3 days of receiving item for a return authorization.  Clothing is NOT RETURNABLE if the item does not fit.  The same goes for parts, etc.

 ALL RETURNS WILL BE CHARGED A 20% RE-STOCKING FEE.

 Prop 65 Warning:   Everything sold into the state of California contains agents known to the state of California to cause cancer and birth defects,   reproductive harm, or other, as yet unnamed, harm to its citizenry.
