This kit includes many of the components you need in order to turn you airsoft RIF into your very own DIY HPA setup, Turn something not used anymore, old or boring into a fun project and breath life back into it. The Kit Includes- Simple DIY HPA FCU.12V Solenoid.3D Printed KubaT1000 Engine Kit with O rings.Deans Connector.Heat shrink.Small Microswitch with nuts and bolt to secure it.100cm of Red Wire.100cm of Black Wire.50cm of 6mm Hose.3 x 1/4"- 6mm Fittings.Male Foster Fittings.PTFE tape. You Will Need - Airsoft RIF.Gearbox.Cylinder.AEG Spring. 11.1V Lipo Battery with deans connector.Assorted tools.Sand paper.Basic understanding on how these style engines work, I recommend checking YouTube. Things to note and helpful information - Nearly all parts can be salvaged from whatever airsoft RIF you're going to use like the gearbox, cylinder and AEG spring. The spring is cut down to be used inside the engine as the nozzle return spring. This can be tuned for better full auto by using a longer section at the cost of requiring a higher PSI to run. The small microswitch can be used inside your gearbox to be activated by the cut-off lever to allow full auto using your standard selector plate. The 3D Printed KubaT1000 Engine Kit comes with 3 sets of O rings (24x2.4mm x2, 23x2.4mm x2, 22 x 2.4mm x2, 24x3mm x1, 23x3mm x1, 22x3mm x1) The larger 3mm O rings are for the rear manifold and the 2.4mm O rings are for the piston. You'll have to see what combination works best for you cylinder as they can vary slightly. A small of PTFE can also be used under the O rings to fine tune the seal. The nozzle and rear manifold will need their lengths tuned for your airsoft RIF so they come longer. I recommend adjusting the nozzle length using your hop unit first then slowly take length of the middle peg of the rear manifold bit by bit to ensure good FPS and air seal. Sanding will be required to ensure smooth movement and proper fit of the engine parts. I would suggest using a small amount of PTFE tape on all of the 1/4"- 6mm fittings. BE CAREFUL WHEN THREADING INTO THE BACK OF THE ENGINE, USE A SMALL AMOUNT TO START AND TEST FOR LEAKS. You will need to know how to solder for this kit. The Simple DIY HPA FCU comes with the headers not soldered on for space / packaging reasons , it can make it easier to hide the board inside the handguard or stock but if you have space than you can solder on the headers to make the wiring much easier. You will also need to solder the microswitch and deans connector. The air into the solenoid from your HPA tank goes in from the same side as the wires. With Simple DIY HPA FCU you can set ROF and Dwell using the potentiometers.
unfortunately due to where I live VAT will be added at checkout.
