Here what we do:
1. Core Selection & Disassembly: We carefully select worn-out fuel injector cores that can be restored. All selected cores are dissembled carefully, separating various components of the fuel injector, including the nozzle, valve and body.
2. Cleaning: All components are subjected to a rigorous cleaning process to remove any built-up deposits, carbon residues, or contaminants.
3. Inspection: Each component is closely examined for wear, damage, or signs of corrosion. Any parts that do not meet the required specifications are replaced.
4. Replacement of Worn Parts: Damaged or worn components like o-rings, seals, filters, spacers, springs, caps are replaced with new OEM high-quality parts.
5. Testing: Remanufactured injectors go through a series of tests to ensure they meet factory standards. This includes ultrasonic cleaning, flow testing and matching +-2%, leak testing and spray pattern analysis to ensure proper fuel delivery.
6. Calibration: The injectors are calibrated to ensure they deliver the correct amount of fuel at the right pressure and spray pattern for optimal engine performance.
7. Assembly: Once all components pass inspection and testing, they are reassembled into a complete fuel injector.
