How to Use

Wash your hands thoroughly before handling the suppository.

Remove the suppository from its packaging.

Lie on your side and pull your knees up towards your chest.

Gently insert the suppository into the rectum, pointed end first.

Remain lying down for a few minutes to allow the suppository to dissolve.

Wash your hands again after use.

Use one suppository daily as needed or as directed by your healthcare provider.

Who is it for?

Suitable for adults and children over 12 years of age who suffer from constipation.

Not recommended for children under 12 years old without medical advice.

This product will have an expiry date of 12 months or over.
