Rare ELK Maverick 1970s vintage electric Guitar

Description

A guitar from over 50 years ago.

The rear pickup, which produces a powerful sound, is Japan's first humbucker pickup, with a structure that allows you to see the internal coils.

There are some dents and stains on the neck, but considering its age, it is relatively clean.

The head and back have been recolored.

There is a slight scratching sound, but there were no problems when playing.

Approximately 3.6 kg

ELK was founded in 1963 by a former musician as a Japanese guitar manufacturer. ELK was driven by the belief that “we absolutely want to establish professional-grade guitars in Japan” and “we want to create guitars in Japan that match the quality of American-made guitars.” At the time, many Japanese guitar manufacturers were still experimenting with the proper setup of truss rods, but ELK laid the foundation for modern Japanese electric guitars through its own research.

In addition to the rarity of the model itself, this is a legendary piece with original parts still intact!!
