Shipping Policy
Wilbert's Premium Auto Parts ships to US addresses within the 48 states only via UPS ground. Pick up at our facilities is available. Please email us prior to your purchase to arrange pick up. Items will be shipped within 1 day of purchase. Please allow 2-8 days for delivery. Most areas in the US are within 5 days. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us via eBay Message within 24 hours for instructions.
Additional Shipping Charges to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Please message us for a quote.
Freight Shipping
Price listed applies to commercial/business address with a semi-truck loading dock or forklift capabilities. If you do not have these capabilities at your location, we can ship the items to the closest freight terminal to your zip code.
For an additional $75 charge, we will ship directly to commercial address without a loading dock or to a residential address using a delivery truck with a lift gate. An adult over 18 must be present at delivery to accept, inspect and sign for delivery. To avoid delays, be sure to supply your phone number.
This part is out of the vehicle and ready to ship. We will need 1-2 business days to prepare for shipment.
Buyer does pay for return shipping or refusal of freight delivery.
