NEW , UNUSED   PERKO   deckhouse or cabin cowl vent kit , Scoop Vents measure a  maximum width is 3&3/4 " . Maximum height is 2&1/2 " and extends a maximum of 5 " . Deck base requires a 3" diameter cut out . Vents are still sealed in the original plastic . I would recommend a new piece of hose . The hose is 3" i.d. . Buy with Confidence ,
