This adapter goes from 1/2"-13 female to ONE female thread of your choice with it's JAM NUT. We only offer the thread sizes listed below. No thread selection = shipping delay.

Using Adapter + Jam Nut:

1. Identify the correct adapter and jam nut that suit your shifter threads.

2. Clean all threads thoroughly before installing.

3. Thread the silver jam nut onto the shifter so 3/4″ of the shifter thread remains above it.

4. If needed (for small-diameter shifters), place a flat washer above the jam nut.

5. Thread the adapter onto the shifter until it touches the jam nut or washer.

6. Install the shift knob onto the adapter until it is snug—do not overtighten.

7. Rotate the knob counter-clockwise until the graphics are correctly oriented.

8. While holding the knob in place, turn the jam nut counter-clockwise to firmly lock it against the bottom of the adapter.
