Alright so I'm not entirely sure of this part's function. It came as a set from a crossover pipe I ordered. The one I had placed on my vehicle is where it's supposed to be and I have no intentions of interrupting that orientation
As best I can tell, there are a series of vacuum hoses that run along the transmission, each serving its own purpose.
