Use & Care:

- before first use, wash the product with a sponge and a non-abrasive cleaner and dry thoroughly.

- do not use cleaners containing coarse particles, wire brush or other cleaning products which may scratch the product.

- do not heat on top of gas, electric and ceramic stovetops, on or near any direct heating source.

- do not use in microware or dishwasher.

- do not use in freezer and avoid sudden temperature change to avoid breakage.

- ice cube should be added after the drink, not when it is empty.

- avoid using metal utensils for prevention, do not drop or knock against hard object.

- all double-walled glasses has a small airhole (blown hole) at the bottom which is firmly closed by a synthetic resin membrane. This is to equalize the pressure of the double-walled glass layers and ensures that the glass does not break despite extreme temperature fluctuations.

- as with all glass products, you must exercise an appropriate degree of care to avoid breakage, chipping, cracking and severe scratching.
