I did a bit of research on these key blanks. I have many!! From the resource I have found very reliable “ many Vintage Fender Tolex cases from the late 60s through the 80s used Cheney luggage locks and these keys are likely to work within that age range. “ according to my research this person had tested these Cheney number 30s on both a 1970s fender case and a 1980s G&L case and both keys worked. Their note was to check your case do your homework and make sure that the correct key is for your gear as other locks were used over the time to the best of their knowledge the 50s through 60s fender cases used Presto locks with varying keys and more recent fender and G&L Tolex cases from the early 70s through the 80s typically used Cheney lock key number 30. the late 60s presto locks look very similar to the Cheney locks so just look at the pictures and make sure it’s what you need

Sold as is these keys are NOS so aging does some on some
