West side of the original Virginia & Truckee Railroad's Carson City, Nevada depot; built in 1872.
When the railroad went bankrupt in 1950, the building was sold to the Carson Masonic Lodge #1 F&AM in 1952 and turned into a Masonic Lodge.
The western part of the building was the passenger waiting area, then offices for the Masonic Lodge and then converted into retail space. 
We have been at this location since Sept of 2013.

Section 1 & 2
Shipping and Handling

Section 1

USA Customers:

  1. Combined shipping: We will always combine shipping at a reasonable amount as long as you wait for an invoice which is usually sent out within hours of your winnings.
  2. We ship within the 50 United States of America.
  3. No APO / APE. (Sorry GI's it's an eBay, Paypal and your credit card's policies in regards to tracking thing.)
  4. Insurance is required for all item(s) sent.
  5. Delivery Confirmation Required.
  6. Signature Confirmation with Restricted Delivery Required, when the total invoice is over $750.00.
  7. Shipping amount on the eBay auction page vs fees listed here.  Whichever amount is higher is the shipping amount.  We will discount it within reason, however we do not negotiation shipping fees due to eBay, Paypal and your credit card's policies in regards to tracking.
  8. The reason for the high cost is eBay and Paypal rules for a tracking numbers and the so-called buyer protection plain. If you have any questions please contact eBay and or Paypal for their policies.
  9. We ship two to three times a week via USPS (US Postal Service).
  10. Shipping and Handling charge represent the actual cost of shipping, packing material, and labor only.

Non-USA Customers:

  1. We are currently not shipping outside of the USA at this time.
  2. We do not negotiation shipping fees due to due to eBay, Paypal and your credit card's policies in regards to tracking.
  3. We ship two to three times a week via USPS (US Postal Service) or FedEx.
  4. Shipping and Handling charge represent the actual cost of shipping, packing material, and labor only.
  5. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyers responsibility and you must message us with the HST Code which you want the item sent under, if not messaged within time of shipment, our default code we use is 970510.
  6. Please check with your country's custom office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
  7. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up and do not confuse them for our shipping and handling charges.
  8. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

Payment
  1. eBay's policy say that we are not allowed to ask for Kash, or Kheck unless the customer requests to pay that way. (Permission freely given!)  
  2. Local pick up in Carson City, Nevada, USA.
Section 4
Sales Tax / GST / PST / VAT
  1. eBay is collecting Sales Tax / GST / PST / VAT on item(s) delivered to addresses within some states.  We have no control over this matter including if that item(s) is tax exempt within your state.   We appreciate your understanding in this matter and suggest that you contact your legislators and Tax Departments.
  2. RESALE CERTIFICATES. If you have a resale certificate, you will need to file a copy of it plus the required paper work with eBay.  Again, we have no control over this and you'll have to clear the matter up with eBay.

Return Policy
  1. Items graded by third parties such as PCGS, NGC, ANACS, PMG, LCG are not returnable.  This is an industry standard policy.
  2. Shipping and Handling fee is not refundable.
  3. Buyers are responsible for all shipping charges on return item(s).

Legal
  1. All bidders and buyers are at least 18 years of age or older.
  2. Carson Valley Currency & Coins, Inc. (CVCC-INC), its agents and employees make no warranties, guarantees or representations and expressly disclaim any warranties, representations or guarantees, including a warranty of merchantability.
  3. In the event of any claim or controversy arising out of the sale, the Courts of Carson City, Nevada shall have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any case or controversy arising out of this sale or any transaction associated therewith. If legal action is commenced in connection with any sale, Carson Valley Currency & Coins, Inc. (CVCC-INC) shall be entitled to recover, in addition to any amounts found due, its reasonable attorney's fees.
  4. By bidding or purchasing this lot, all bidders and buyer(s) acknowledge having read and agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions and that they further accept the Terms & Conditions without reservation.
