Together with b/w photograph from Museum of Contemporary Art, Chicago depicting David Burliuk in futuristic costume, 1913 Body Work Exhibition. As found condition. Soft cover partially loose. Some paper discoloration due to poor quality paper, and changes in humidity and temperatures but nothing major.  Size: 11" x 8 1/2".
