Laying flat measuring armpit to armpit: 26.5 inches

Length (measured in the back from neckline to the bottom of the raincoat): 32 inches

Please zoom in into the photos to look at the outer shell material. It is not a cloth material. It’s polyvinyl chloride. It’s a raincoat. 

The item was never worn. That’s why it is marked as NWOT. Was never worn. Wrong size. It was hanging in a closet. Then was packed in box during a move. After that, back in a closet. There are two tiny (perhaps) pencil marks on a sleeve and a little spot of discoloration on one of the velcro’s on a sleeve as well. Please see all photos. Priced accordingly.
