Synopsis:

Season 1: The Beginning

Tanjiro Kamado, a kind-hearted boy, lives peacefully with his family in the mountains. One day, he returns home to find his entire family slaughtered by demons, except for his sister Nezuko, who has been turned into a demon. Despite this, Nezuko retains some of her humanity. Determined to avenge his family and cure Nezuko, Tanjiro joins the Demon Slayer Corps.

He undergoes intense training under Sakonji Urokodaki and passes the Final Selection. Along his journey, he meets fellow Demon Slayers Zenitsu Agatsuma (a cowardly but powerful Thunder Breathing user) and Inosuke Hashibira (a wild fighter with Beast Breathing). They battle lower-ranking demons and eventually face Lower Moon Five, Rui, on Mount Natagumo. The season ends with Tanjiro and his friends recovering after their brutal fight and being assigned a new mission on the Mugen Train.

Mugen Train Arc (Movie & Episodes in Season 2)

Tanjiro, Nezuko, Zenitsu, and Inosuke join the Flame Hashira, Kyojuro Rengoku, to investigate mysterious disappearances on the Mugen Train. They face Enmu (Lower Moon One), who puts them into a deep sleep with dream manipulation. Tanjiro and his friends break free and defeat Enmu, but they are soon attacked by Upper Moon Three, Akaza.

Rengoku engages in an epic battle against Akaza but is fatally wounded. Before dying, he encourages Tanjiro to grow stronger. His sacrifice deeply impacts the group, motivating them to train harder.

Season 2: Entertainment District Arc

Tanjiro, Zenitsu, and Inosuke team up with the flamboyant Sound Hashira, Tengen Uzui, to infiltrate the Yoshiwara Entertainment District and hunt down a powerful demon. They discover that the demon is Upper Moon Six, Daki, who is later revealed to be sharing her body with her brother Gyutaro.

A brutal battle ensues. Despite overwhelming odds, Tanjiro and his friends, alongside Tengen, manage to behead both demons. Tengen retires from being a Hashira due to his injuries, and Muzan is enraged by the loss of another Upper Moon.

Season 3: Swordsmith Village Arc

Tanjiro heads to the Swordsmith Village to repair his sword and meets Mist Hashira, Muichiro Tokito, and Love Hashira, Mitsuri Kanroji. The village is attacked by Upper Moon Four, Hantengu, and Upper Moon Five, Gyokko.

Tanjiro, Nezuko, and Genya Shinazugawa fight Hantengu, while Muichiro faces Gyokko. The battle is intense, but they emerge victorious. Nezuko also gains the ability to withstand sunlight, making her the first demon immune to the sun. This discovery excites Muzan, as it brings him closer to his goal of achieving true immortality.

Season 4: Hashira Training Arc

After the fierce battles, Tanjiro and his friends undergo Hashira Training, a rigorous program designed to strengthen all Demon Slayers for the final confrontation against Muzan. Tanjiro trains under various Hashira, pushing his limits to become stronger. Meanwhile, Muzan intensifies his search for Nezuko and the secret to conquering the sun.

The season sets the stage for the Final Battle Arc, where the Demon Slayer Corps will face Muzan Kibutsuji and his remaining Upper Moons in an ultimate showdown.
