This is an Oxidized Diecast Italian, Silver Tone and Blue Enamel medal; it is approximately 1.76 inches tall.  It is the Miraculous Medal in the English Version.   This medal comes with an O Ring.

The Miraculous Medal originated with the appearance of Our Lady to St Catherine Laboure in the Chapel of the Rue du Bac, Paris, in 1830. "O Mary conceived without sin pray for us who have recourse to thee." The medal is 1.76" long, 1.03" across, with an oxydised antique finish, and a blue varnished background.
