Adding additional interest to this membership card, ELMER P. BROMLEY was a former California State Assemblyman He was on the Assembly staff in 1917, was elected to the Assembly in 1918 and served until 1924.  So he had this card during his time in the Assembly.  His signature is very clear and dominate on the card's reverse.
