Hi, you are looking at a Chinese Happy Buddha Resin Wall Hanging. It measures 3.5" in diameter. It's in very good condition. The top knot is lightly dirtied. The bottom knot is detached but can be simply tied back together if desired. The whole piece measures about 17" when hung.
