Why is the device not charging?
Please use a 5V 1A or 2A charger to charge your camera. Don't use fast chargers
Why can't my device connect to the network?
1. Low battery levels can cause the device to go offline, so ensure that the device is fully charged before use.
2. Also, confirm that the installation location has a strong signal, as poor signal strength can lead to the device going offline.
Why can't the camera recognize my SD card？
Please make sure your SD card is installed correctly, or format the card and re-insert it for use.
Does it support usage in regions outside the US?
It is only supported for use within the United States.
