This is a pretty, gold-tone photo frame from Connoisseur.  It is made of embossed metal and finished in a brushed gold-tone finish.  The finish is a linen-look with a floral vine pattern, creating a gorgeous dimensional look.  The pattern is an ornate, dimensional scrollwork pattern with vines and roses. The frame measures 5.75" wide x 7.25" tall x 0.25" thick.  The opening measures 4.75" tall x 3" wide.  It holds a 3.5" x 5" photo in portrait orientation.  It weighs 12 oz.  It is in very good condition.  It has minimal signs of wear, most notable on the back of the frame.
