Whoa! This dress is definitely Wearable Art! Very Unique! It reminds me of a stained glass window, very colorful. Vintage Suzi Chin for Maggy Boutique, still has original tag attached. Was originally sold at Nordstrom. Form fitting, but it has ALOT of large pleated ruching on the sides as well as some pleats around neckline. Zips up in the back. Sleeveless. Mostly cotton, but there is a little Spandex in it to give it some stretch
