New Old Stock - There is some waving to elastic at back (see photo) when the pants are relaxed and not worn...indicative of it being a little tired and not as tight as it once was. The elastic is still stretchy and there is no crackling sound. However, as with any vintage clothing item, there can be no guarantee as to the future longevity of the elastic. If the need should arise, a seamstress could likely be of assistance. Otherwise, this piece is in great condition with no holes, no stains or other issues.Marked Size: 9 / 10
