Details:

This is a pre-owned vintage/retro-designed polka dot 3/4-sleeved, button-up, collared blouse with tie by ModCloth.  It is ivory with blue and red dots.  I purchased it from ModCloth several years ago and only wore it a few times as my workplace went full-time remote and my wardrobe went more casual.  This is a luxurious fabric that is a fantastic transitional spring to summer blouse.

Condition:  I don't see any holes, fabric fading, pilling, or stains.  It has been washed, steamed, and stored in a dry-cleaning bag. Please inspect the photos carefully before purchasing.
