As of the time of this listing, the current PSA pop of the Steve Austin is 57 graded, with the following numbers (of course these are subject to change over time):

PSA 4 - 5

As you can see from the numbers, most Austins are a PSA 6 or PSA 5. If you are buying to pull apart and submit those are going to be the most likely outcomes. The best bet if you are looking to make money from them is the have Steve sign the card, or the page that the card is on. He does mail-in signings every once in a while.
