This item is pre-owned but in clean and good condition. There are signs of use including a minor flaw that looks like a crack inside the vase (see picture 8). It has a couple of paper label brands stuck to it so not 100% sure if it's Hokuyo Glass or Kamei Osaka glass. Upon research both glass companies make the same pattern on their glasses. No chips or cracks noted on the piece.
