The second generation of our SimSteering System.
A high performance simulator steering system for professional use. Provides top quality force feedback and control over simulation.
A high performance simulator steering system for professional use. Developed over a period of years, the high precision and completely linear response coupled with high strength provides the ultimate in realistic steering force feedback for all types of driving.
*Used by many teams participating in race series including F1, GP2, F3, LMP1, LMP2, GT and WTCC.
High precision and strength industrial grade brushless servo motor (53)
Smooth, precise, reliable and compact, the high quality servo motor provides up to 20.5Nm
of torque and has an incredibly high resolution feedback system. Real
world steering forces can be translated to the driver in a powerful yet
controlled way. A higher and lower strength motor are also available.
Plug and Play
The system may look complicated but it is in fact very easy to setup
and use. Once the motor is mounted and all the cables are plugged in
you can switch it on and use. No drivers or plugins are required. The
system is a generic force feedback device working through DirectX so if a
game outputs force feedback there is a very high probability that it
will work straight away.
Huge adjustable steering lock range
The design of our system could allow almost any amount of lock
imaginable however it we have set the maximum limit in the firmware to
1500. If your application requires a higher amount of lock than this
please contact us.
Modular system
The standard motorsport bolt patterns featured on our shaft clamp
adaptor allows you to attach almost any steering wheel or adapt a
steering column to fit.
Versatile mounting
The compact servo motor is separated from the power/control box by
two 2 metre cables allowing it to be mounted remotely at the end of a
cockpit or frame with the box hidden away from view. We also provide an
optional adjustable mounting bracket which may be suitable for certain
applications. A 3d model of the motor is available in the Product
Downloads tab to assist you in integrating the motor into your own
mounting solution.
Three versions available:
- New inertia and friction settings for more natural and realistic feeling
- Improved damping
- Incredibly smooth feel
- Absolute position pickup when powered on
- iRacing mode
- SimSteering Control Box
- High precision and strength 53 servo motor
- 2m motor cables
- 3m USB Cable
- Choice of UK, US or EU power cable
- Emergency Stop Button
Motor (53)
Width - 110mm
Height - 110mm
Depth - 190mm
(excluding shaft and connectors)
Weight - 7.5kg
PC connection is through USB and is detected by Windows as a generic gaming device so no drivers or plugins are required. Compatible with directX allowing excellent compatibility with current and future simulation software. Will work with any game that offers force feedback.
Tested on rFactor 1&2, Assetto Corsa, iRacing, DiRT 1,2&3, F1 2010 - 2013, P. C.A.R.S, all SimBin titles, plus many more.
Modular system that allows you to connect the majority of standard motorsport steering wheels or your own steering column. We also have a range of our own simulator steering wheels. Steering wheels do not electronically connect to the SimSteering system and are connected to the PC separately. Pedals are also treated as separate devices.
The motor and control box are connected (as standard) by two, two metre cables which gives great flexibility for mounting solutions. Typically the motor is mounted inside or at the end of a cockpit and connected to a steering column. Desktop motor mounting solutions and options for direct wheel connection to the shaft are shown further down the page.
Powered by regular mains power - 100 to 240V (AC)
Alternative steering motors for higher or lower torque levels and custom cable lengths are also available.
A 3D model of the motor is available on the Downloads tab to assist you with your own mounting solution.

Sim Racing Garage – HPP PRX-SE Pedal Set ReviewBarry Rowland of the Sim Racing Garage reviews the HPP PRX-SE Pedal Set. In the sim racing community, HPP Simulation run by Mark Hargett is a well-known manufacturer of high-end simulator racing pedals. In this new review, Barry takes an in-depth look at the latest HPP Simulation PRX-SE Pedal Set. The PRX-SE’s are machined out of 6061T6 aluminum to make them light and durable. The pedal set features a purpose built hydraulic brake system and is fully adjustable. Each pedal unit is modular and adjustable via the adjustment rods. The pedal spacing between all 3 pedal units is adjustable. The rods can simply be removed and not used for complete stand-alone pedal units. The pedals can be set up to be in slanted, forward, vertical, and GT modes. As far as electronics are concerned, the unit is controlled by a Leo Bodnar high-quality circuit board which is recognised by Windows without the need for a driver install. Besides the superior technical features, it is safe to say that the HPP PRX-SE’s are one of the best-looking pedals on the market. The HPP PRX-SE Pedal Set is on sale for $1,247.00 at the HPP web store.
HPP PRX-SE Features:Brake:• The hydraulic brake system is designed specifically for Sim racing. Numerous design attributes have been tested, improved, tweaked and enhanced to provide the ultimate in Sim racing realism and feel. HPP uses an extremely high-quality pressure transducer, made in the USA, with incredible accuracy, repeatability and durability. The pressure transducer is rated for a 50 million life cycle. Each unit comes with 4 rubber bumpers for fine tuning the brake feel to individual preferences. There is a set of hard bumpers and a set of soft bumpers. In addition to these, the user can fine tune their preference by adjusting the pre-load on the bumpers. The braking threshold and modulation feedback provided to the user via our hydraulic system is outstanding. Gas:
